This week, Year 8 Forrest has been buzzing with activity! In math, students delved into the fascinating world of place value, demonstrating remarkable teamwork and dedication. Their collaborative efforts resulted in impressive demonstrations of mathematical progress.
Not stopping there, the class embarked on an innovative project, creating a prototype of the respiratory system. With ingenuity and curiosity, they put their models to the test, further enhancing their understanding of the human body.
Meanwhile, language arts, students embraced technology to craft captivating narrative stories. Using software like Storyboard and Book Creator, they brought their imaginative worlds to life, carefully designing settings and characters while adding text through voice dictation.
