The year 10 Workplace Skills have recently gone on two short excursions to the Warnbro Shopping Centre. The morning of the excursion, they worked out the cost of the recipes and determined whether Coles or Woolworths was the cheapest option. It turned out that Woolworths was the cheapest the first time and Coles the second, with a difference of $7. They then walked across the road to the shops and bought the ingredients. This included handling the money and returning the change and receipt after returning to school. We then cooked the food before enjoying our culinary delights.
