Parent Network Event
On Tuesday the 12th September we held a parent network event. Parents had the opportunity to go into their child's classroom and watch a Positive Education/Zones of Regulation lesson. Parents later enjoyed an afternoon tea where they had the opportunity to connect with other parents, as well as school leadership. Research has identified family engagement helps to foster connections between home and school environments, all of which contribute to improving student's educational outcomes and well-being. It was lovely to see so many parents attend, the students were so excited to be able to show parents their class and what they are learning. We are looking forward to another successful parent event in Term 4.
