Try A Sport

On Friday the 23rd of June we hosted Try A Sport, where we invited Malibu School , Koorana Primary and Education Support Schools, Endeavour ESC, Rockingham Beach ESC and Rockingham Senior High School Education Support Centre to join us in participating in a variety of different sports offered by providers in the community who promote inclusion. The feedback from the students and staff, was that it was an enjoyable day for all. We would like to thank the organisations that volunteered their time to provide our students with the engaging activities: Safety Bay Petanque - Petanque, Rockingham Flames - Basketball, Blind Sports WA - Tennis and Soccer, Galaxy Elite Allstars Shooting All-Abilities Team - Cheerleading, Warnbro swans - AFL, Netball WA - Netball, Red Devils Softball Club Rockingham and Devils Angels Softball Club Public - Softball. We would also like to thank Port Kennedy IGA and Coles Warnbro for providing for our sausage sizzle.
