Forrest 8 Term 4

This term, Forrest 8 has been buzzing with energy and creativity! We've been working on a sponsor proposal to show how we can reduce heat and fight global warming.

We explored the world of energy and learned about the different types—who knew energy could be so electrifying? We also became plant detectives, uncovering how plants turn sunlight into food through photosynthesis—it's plant magic! We dug into which plants release the most water vapor to cool the environment. Transpiration is a real hero! We even used a heat map to measure temperatures around us, turning us into mini weather experts.

With all that knowledge, we were ready to present how plants can help cool the planet and support our awesome ideas.

We’ve also been perfecting presentations and mastering technology to create our Christmas market budget proposal. This all leads up to creating our own prototypes and manufacturing our very own products. The money we earn from selling our products will be donated to charity, helping others while achieving our goals!
